Visit Ibiza’s old town
Ibiza’s old town, Dalt Vila is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You should spend at least one day exploring this beautiful part of town with the narrow, cobbled streets and Gothic-Catalan buildings. Wear comfortable shoes and prepare to climb to the top and enjoy some fantastic panoramic views. Some points of interest in the old town include the city walls, the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Snows, the Archaeological Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Arts. Around the main square, Plaza de Vila, there are beautiful cafes and restaurants to sit down and relax.
Relax in one of the beaches
The island of Ibiza is home to some fabulous beaches. You can spend many days relaxing under the sun and enjoy the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean sea. If you are up to beach bars and trendy beaches you should head to the Ocean beach club in San Antonio or Coco Beach. If you are looking for nudist beaches, you can go to Aguas Blancas on the northeast coast of the island or the Es Cavallet in the south of the island very close to Ibiza town. Go cycling and hiking
At the north of the island, there is a 29km cycle path called Route 19. Although this route is not for beginners as it has some steep climbs, it is very scenic as you can enjoy along the way some breathtaking coves and the beauty of nature. Apart from Route 99, there are more cycling and hiking paths across the island for the adventure souls.
